•Our Jubilee Year Celebration began on Saturday, August 15, 2009, the Feast of the Assumption of Mary, with our 5:00 p.m. Mass, followed by a picnic supper and ice cream social.  The book, “The Lost Gospel of Mary”, by author Frederica Mathewes-Green was distributed at that time, as was a book, "Annunciation Parish Centennial Jubilee Resource Book for the Domestic Church," filled with photos of art here at Annunciation Parish Church and suggestions for celebrating our Centennial Jubilee in your home - your Domestic Church.  To view photos from this celebration, click here.

•On Saturday, September 12, 2009 (Feast of the Holy Name of Mary), we celebrated 5:00 p.m. Mass, followed by a potluck supper. A presentation on “Through a Window” by iconographer Sr. Nancy Smith, IHM followed supper.  Sr. Nancy was also here on Friday, September 11, 2009 to do iconography presentations with our students at Annunciation Parish School. •October is the month of the rosary in the Catholic tradition.  On Sunday, October 18, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. we celebrated “Through Mary to Jesus: Scriptural Rosary ”, followed by a social. To view photos from this celebration, click here.

•On Saturday, November 21, 2009 (Feast of the Presentation of Mary) we celebrated 5:00 p.m. Mass, followed by a potluck supper and a presentation on “Blessed Art Thou."  The presenter, artist Brother Michael McGrath, also presented a Morning of Reflection/Spiritual Workshop, "Quilt Patches of Memories ", from 9:00 a.m.-Noon that same day.  To view photos from this day's celebrations click here.

•On Sunday, December 13, 2009 (Gaudete Sunday in Advent) at 5:00 p.m. our Annunciation Parish Choir and Musicians presented a special concert, “Sing of Mary”, followed by a social. To view photos from this celebration, click here.

•On Sunday, January 3, 2010 (The Epiphany of the Lord) at 2:00 p.m., parishioners took a special tour, "What Child Is This?: The Holy Family in Art" at the Cincinnati Art Museum. This tour was conducted by Annunciation Parishioner Paul Hendrick, past chair of the Museum Docent Corps. •February 6, 2010 was our actual 100th anniversary.  On Sunday, February 7, 2010 we celebrated our official 100th Jubilee Mass at 11:00 a.m., with Archbishop Dennis Schnurr presiding, followed by a special catered Anniversary Luncheon and Program. •On March 14, 2010 (Laetare Sunday in Lent) at 5:00 p.m. we had a special concert, "My Soul Magnifies the Lord: Mary in Song", performed by the Adagio Trio, accompanied by a vocalist, Katie Barton, on some pieces. A Social followed.  View photos from this celebration here.
