RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)
All persons who are of catechetical age (7 years of age and older) who have not been baptized and desire to enroll in the process of becoming Catholic do so through the RCIA process. Persons in this process are prepared to celebrate the sacraments of initiation: baptism, confirmation and Eucharist. Those interested in the RCIA process for themselves and/or their children should contact either Father Grogan or Dr. Chakeres at 513-861-1295. Please note that any minor interested in the RCIA process must have the permission of his/her parent or legal guardian. *Those who have been validly baptized in a Christian denomination other than Roman Catholic who desire to become Roman Catholic should also contact Father Grogan or Dr. Chakeres for further information. Someone validly baptized is already a member of the Christian Church, and is not “re-baptized.” There is no fee for involvement in the RCIA process.
